FAQ
How do I cancel a subscription?
iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → InRoom AI Pro → Cancel.
Deleting the app does not cancel billing.
I paid but Pro features are locked.
Open InRoom AI → Settings → Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID you
purchased with. Check your network connection.
What is an AI credit?
Each AI room redesign uses one credit. Free users get a monthly allowance;
Pro gets a larger allowance. You can buy a 50-credit pack in the app.
Does AI redesign leave my device?
Default mode processes on device. If a server AI is enabled later, only the
photo you choose is sent to generate a result — see our
Privacy Policy.
AR / camera not working?
Allow Camera access in iOS Settings → InRoom AI. AR plane mode needs a
compatible iPhone and good lighting. You can switch to studio backdrop in AR.
